So Jules came home with a boneless pork loin for us to cook on the Egg. I have cooked a lot of things on my Egg but this was a first.  I searched for recipes online to find the "right" one.  In the end, I decided to go it on my own and I came up with this little gem.  Give it a try.  I hope you'll agree that it's delicious!

 

Ingredients:

 
4 lb Boneless Pork Loin
Bad Byron's Butt Rubb
Cinnamon Apple Sauce

 

Steps:

 

Light the Egg and using the Plate Setter, Legs Up, get the Egg to 350.
Generously cover the fat side of the loin with the Butt Rub
Top with Cinnamon Applesauce
Place on Egg for 2-3 hours depending on temperature.
Once the meat temp gets to 155 degrees, take off the Egg.
Let it rest for 15 minutes, while the meat continues to cook.
Once the meat temp reaches 165 degrees, dive in and enjoy!
