Return Policy

LEISURE DEPOT RETURN POLICY

• No returns / exchanges on any major item purchases      (Pools, Spas, Grills, Outdoor Furniture, Outdoor Kitchens, Pergolas, Fireplaces, etc.)****

o   a major item purchase is any purchase that is not an after-market accessory

• No return of chemicals or pool cleaners will be accepted
• Returns of allowed merchandise must be made within 7 days of original purchase. Returned merchandise must be sealed in original carton and accompanied by original receipt to receive reimbursement.

o  ****Any item that is approved to be returned by management due to unforeseen circumstances will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

REFUND POLICY

• All purchases over $25 made with check or cash will be returned in 14 business days via company check.
• Purchases made via credit card will be returned to the card at time of return.
• IF a return is allowed after 14 days reimbursement will be an In-Store credit ONLY.
• ABSOLUTELY no returns of any merchandise allowed after 30 days.
