Sandy was excellent. Straight to the point and no runarounds. We were so excited to buy a pool from Leisure Depot and truly appreciate everyone who helped. Sandy went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We also spoke to Richarge and Luke, who were very helpful. Great experience!

Walked in not exactly sure what we wanted, not knowing much abt “above ground pools”, just wanting something for our 6 year old little girl for the next few years while we save some $ for an in-ground! Luke greeted us & answered all questions/concerns we had & within 1 hour we are about to walk out with a Super-G Series 24ft pool! Very happy that he walked up & helped us today, needless to say Georgia (6 year old) is super excited! Along with mommy & daddy😊.

Talking about a great experience. I went in on a Friday just window shopping for any above ground pool there was a few places I wanted you check out before I made my final decision. My sales guy, Luke, was very patient and taught me everything I need to know while shopping .I knew I wasn't ready to purchase till the following week so he provided my estimate.

Well after window shopping all week, leisure depot had the best price on pools and installers. Came in the following Friday and met with Luke again he was ready and had everything together. I appreciated that as it was a very hot Friday and my mother wanted to travel to check out the pool, she's 69 so you can understand why I appreciated the timelessness and understanding. The next day we picked up our pool and again Luke had everything together. They are heavily booked with installation but pics to come once installed on the 10th of July. The entire process was amazing will be returning back to check out their spas. If you're looking for a pool or anything outdoors I recommend Leisure Depot and ask for Luke Frost, yes he kept it cool.

My wife and I were looking to replace our existing 16 year old above ground pool and returned to Leisure Depot where we had purchased it. We were approached by Preston, and after conferring with him, we were shown exactly what we were looking for. He continued to show us all the additional items that were included in the package, and we were able to make changes of our choice. He answered all the questions that we had, and was very personable. He suggested the special financing that was being offered, along with the delayed pick up when we're ready. Both excellent options. Thank you Preston for the great customer service, and the professional advice. It was deeply appreciated. Looking forward to completing this project, and hopefully working with you again in the future.
