2. Credit Card Details
Customer can pay for items in their shopping cart using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or other credit cards in addition to PayPal. Shopify uses a payment gateway to accept credit card payments. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

Order Processing Details
We value your business and would like to ensure that your order is filled properly. Please review the list below.
Review your order summary before placing order. Check for errors in your name, address, phone numbers, email address and the items listed in your order. These documents represent our agreement, so please be sure all of the items and quantities are correct.
Customized products or Special Orders (i.e., cushions and Polywood furniture) - These “Lead Times” are approximate estimates and cannot be 100% guaranteed. ShopLeisureDepot.com will not be held responsible for late shipments. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us to discuss changing your order to one of our many in-stock products.
All special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Upon delivery, if the boxes look damaged do not sign for damaged product and make a claim with the trucking company. If the boxes appear to be in good condition at delivery and later upon opening you find damage, please email us digital photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your replacement product will ship once it is received in our warehouse if necessary. You are encouraged to inspect all products before signing for them if you choose.

Most items listed on this website are products that are generally in stock and will ship immediately. Although, due to a constantly changing inventory, individual items may be out of stock and would need to be shipped at a later date. Please contact us for real time product availability.
In Store Item– This item is generally displayed in your local Leisure Depot showroom. Due to a constantly changing inventory, some items may have been recently sold and may not be able to be viewed. We recommend calling prior to your visit if there is a particular item that you are interested in seeing.
Online Only– This item is not displayed in our showrooms. Our store carries numerous items that are not currently displayed on our website and we may have exactly what you are looking for; so stop in or give us a call.
Phone Orders - A $6.99 processing fee will be added to any orders processed over the phone that are available to be purchase online. This processing fee is in addition to any other applicable processing fees.
Estimated Shipping Times By Manufacturer:
After the order is placed if we confirm that an item is out of stock we will notify you via e-mail and inform you of the estimated availability. You may cancel the order at any time up until the order ships. To check on the status of an order please send an e-mail with your order number to email@example.com.
Pricing - Despite our best efforts, by human error, some items on our site may be mis-priced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We are so confident that we offer quality products at superior values that we stand behind our guarantee.
If you order an item from us and see the exact same full-priced item advertised for less at any other retailer, send that retailer's ad or website link to us within 14 days of your shipment and we'll refund the difference between the two prices, excluding processing/shipping charges. If you have not yet placed your order we will gladly honor the competitor's price, excluding processing/shipping charges. Some exclusions apply, such as offers for free processing/shipping or percentage off coupons as they are not item specific. Items found at auction or re-sale outlets are excluded. WHY NO PRICE?
Some of our manufacturer’s internet policies will not permit us to list prices. Often time’s manufacturers will allow pricing to be posted online if the pricing follows their set internet MAP (minimum advertised price). This “MAP” pricing may not allow us to offer you our best prices. For this reason some products feature the “Call for Pricing” option. As a specialty retailer, Leisure Depot is committed to offering you the best products at the best prices. Because of the wide variation in sizes and weights of our products, we know that there is no such thing as "one size fits all" when it comes to shipping. Therefore we need to consider multiple factors with each potential sale and, in order to ensure you get the best possible price, some items require us to create a custom quote. It will be indicated for you to select the "Get Quote" button For South Carolina deliveries, we are happy to deliver products to you free of charge on orders over $60.
Outside of South Carolina, items up to $999 will ship on the following shipping rates:
Warranty stipulations and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Due to the size of the products that we offer, all items must be shipped to a physical address and not a P.O. Box. In most cases we will ship anywhere in the continental United States. However, we reserve the right to refuse to process and ship any order placed for any reason.
In-store Pick Up:
Leisure Depot offers In-store pick up to save our local customers a shipping charge. Our store is located at 8250 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29418. If you choose to pick up your order, please make that selection on your delivery preference. If the items are available in our store’s inventory, the order will usually be ready for pick up within 24-48 hours. You may contact us during store hours at (843) 552-7272 for a more specific pick up schedule.
Bring to the Store:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one), if you used PayPal or order is a gift, please bring your ID
- Your order number (for a speedier process)
Friends & Family Pickup
- You can place an order and have someone else pick it up. During checkout, simply provide the name and e-mail address of the person who will pick up your order in the order notes.
- Your pickup person will need to bring:
- Their government-issued photo ID
- The order number
Only you or your pre-selected Friends & Family Pickup person may pick up the order.
Fed Ex, UPS, USPS - Small Parcel Shipping - Products will be shipped within 72 hours if the order is placed on a business day by Noon. Most delivery times in the continental U.S. range between 2-5 business days depending on location. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the order has been shipped.

Freight orders will be delivered curbside to your home. You will be responsible for moving the product, assembly and disposing of the packaging materials. If you are interested in “Threshold” or “White Glove” assembly, please contact us for details.
- Home will need to be accessible to a full size semi-truck
- Most delivery times within the Continental U.S. range from 5-10 business days
- You will be contacted by a representative to schedule a delivery date
- Tracking #'s will be provided when product has been shipped
- A signature will be required upon receipt
Threshold Home Delivery
- Delivery equipment includes a lift gate equipped truck, pallet jack, and hand truck.
- This shipping option includes delivery to the first accessible dry area available (garage, carport, front step, back patio, etc.).
- If delivering to an apartment, the carrier will deliver inside the first floor of the complex.
- This option does not include uncrating, unpacking, de-skidding, placement, debris removal, or set-up services. See "White Glove Delivery" for this service.
- Delivery times are scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
- Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee.
- Upon delivery please inspect the item(s). Please notate any damage on the Proof of Delivery receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage, please note refused due to damage on the receipt.(See Freight Returns)
White Glove Home Delivery ($199)** - (Available within 40 miles of our North Charleston Store – Please contact us for availability at (843) 552-7272 or email@example.com)
- This is our premier level shipping option. It includes delivery, unpacking, full assembly, final placement, and debris removal to an off-site receptacle. A two person team will professionally assemble all products and a signature will be required upon completion and your 100% satisfaction.
- White-glove service generally includes 30 minutes of product assembly/placement, unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order up or down a maximum of one flight of stairs.
- Delivery times are scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
- Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee.
- Upon delivery please inspect the item(s). Please notate any damage on the Proof of Delivery receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage, please note refused due to damage on the receipt.
**Please contact us for options on White Glove Delivery and Professional Installation of Game tables, Swimming Pools & Hot Tubs. These products are not eligible for the standard White Glove Delivery Service.
Most of our products may be shipped outside of the United States. If shipping outside of the continental U.S., please contact us for rates and availability.
The transit time for international shipments will vary by product and shipping method. Please note that any applicable customs, duties, or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. We are currently unable to provide estimates of these charges.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by shopleisuredepot.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, unless the product description indicates otherwise. Items must be in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Shipping and / or handling fees are non-refundable. We must receive the item(s) at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of returned item, we will inspect and award partial refunds for opened or used products. Returns on items over 30 days will be dependent on product condition and elapsed time.
Items that may have been shipped to you in error and are unopened and unused we will pay the return shipping costs and refund the entire amount paid. Items that were shipped and have been determined to be defective and/or damaged, will be refunded in full less shipping. If you receive an item that seems to be defective or damaged, notify our customer care at (843) 552-7272 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the receipt of goods. These items will be reviewed and discussed at that time to help determine if it will be a freight claim, manufacturer’s error, shipping error, etc. Once that determination is made we will be able to advise how the return process needs to be handled.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days from the time your return package has been received; however, in most instances you will receive your refund sooner than the allotted 7 days. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-4 days). We will notify you via email or phone once we have processed your returned item.
Items that may not be returned
- Items that were sold “as-is”, “floor model” or “clearance”
- Pool and Spa Chemicals
- Auto Vacs (contact manufacturer directly)
- Special Order Items
- Items that were shipped with a signed disclaimer (i.e.- residential items used in a commercial application)
- Gift cards and gift certificates
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Items that are approved for a return more than 30 days after delivery
- Any items that have been opened and used
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process approved returns once they arrive at our location.
Return policies for online purchases may not be the same policies as physical store location. Check with your local Leisure Depot store for returns on “in store” purchases. Most products purchased through ShopLeisureDepot.com may be returned to the physical store. For details or to confirm if a return may be accepted to the store location contact us at (843) 552-7272 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for directions as to how to proceed.
Damage Information: Damage during shipment is a rare occurrence, but it does happen from time to time. If you notice any damage immediately before unpacking please refuse the shipment and make note with the driver. The furniture will then be delivered back to the warehouse and once received a new shipment will be sent right out. In case of concealed damage, please sign the delivery receipt and note "Pending Inspection" with the driver. Then if you notice any damage after the truck has departed you would just need to take digital images of the damage and send to email@example.com along with a description of the damage and reference your order number. Please also make sure to keep the original packaging until the damage issue is resolved. In some cases, such as with a large piece of furniture, we may need to arrange for the freight carrier to pick up the damaged item and return it to the manufacturer's warehouse.
Return Information: If for some reason you would like to return the furniture you received you must contact us within 10 business days in order for us to arrange the pickup and return of the furniture. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. You will need to prepare your furniture for shipment. Please repack the item(s) to be returned securely in the original packaging. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping.
Our Customer Service Experts will then arrange to have the furniture picked up from your home and inform you of the pickup date and time of your furniture. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from ShopLeisureDepot.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Leisure Depot attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Leisure Depot does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Leisure Depot itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund.
