A leaf net is a quick way to lift leaves and twigs away before they break down or become a soggy mess. That matters even in the Lowcountry, where falling leaves can be a bigger seasonal issue than freezing weather. The net’s mesh catches larger debris while letting rainwater pass through.
- Over a winter cover: The net catches leaves on top of the cover. You can lift the net and remove the debris during the season, making it easier to keep the cover clean and to open the pool in spring.
- Without a winter cover: It can help keep larger leaves out of a pool that remains open or is only temporarily covered. Because it’s mesh, water and fine debris can still pass through, so you’ll still need normal water care and cleaning.
