Giving Thanks for Holiday Memories
Time sure does fly by! The holiday season is quickly approaching and I couldn’t be more excited! My family is scattered across the globe so the holidays have always been a much anticipated time. This year is extremely special for me as I will be meeting my nephew for the very first time traveling all the way from London for a visit. Funny how the thought of being together as a family gives you a feeling unlike any other. Like most families, mine has traditions that we try to uphold every year. Rain or shine the turkey is always smoked outside, (I prefer the Big Green Egg!) If you’ve never tried a smoked turkey I highly recommend it! My family is a bit biased towards outdoor activities so most of our time is spent outdoors when we get together. The most memorable gatherings always seem to be when we sit around the fire pit and share past and present events. With my family, the laughter often doesn’t end. I am very thankful for these moments. This time of year we tend to reflect and give thanks for various reasons so I wanted to take some time and say thank you to all of our wonderful customers that I get to see throughout the year. It truly is a rarity anymore to have such loyalty from customers and I’m very appreciative to have you in our Leisure Depot family. Most of you are on a first name basis, which makes it enjoyable hearing about the memories that you’ve created with family and friends with the products that you’ve purchased from Leisure Depot. I look forward to continually helping with all of your outdoor needs and wish you a very special holiday season!
